Things never go the way you think

It is hard to believe that the last time I posted, nearly 16 months ago, life was so vastly different. We had just moved to Peoria... and now we've been gone from Peoria for 9 months! Just 40 days after I was let go by Liberty Mutual, Kelley was let go by Caterpillar. That led to some dark months in Peoria, a place we thought was our future and had suddenly become a place we did not belong nor a place we wanted to be.

Kelley took a couple Master's Degree courses and then started looking for a job, eventually getting the one she has now at McCormick in Baltimore. It has been 9 months, but we're still unsure if Baltimore is the place for us. What we do know is that our rental house is not the place for us. So we'll likely be moving again within the next 6 months, but whether that is to another house in Baltimore or somewhere else remains to be seen. We'll have to wait and see!
