Sweet looking place. One place I wanted to go and didn't get to, unfortunately.
Closeup of the Tower Bridge from right below one of the towers
A view down the River Thames from the Tower Bridge
Another view of the Tower Bridge
The most famous bridge in London is the Tower Bridge, not London Bridge (which was pretty ordinary).
I am a radar guy, so of course this interested me.
HMS Belfast, a WWII-wera light cruiser of the Royal Navy.
One of the famous English soldier dudes. He was marching back and forth very rigidly, serving no function besides a show for those watching.
Closeup on the detail surrounding the fountain - it was this way all the way around and it was big.
Buckingham Palace, the seat of the English monarchy. Not super impressive, really.
Closeup of the top of the fountain just outside of Buckingham Palace
The fountain just outside of Buckingham Palace.
Another closer shot of the top of the Wellington Arch the next day.
Another random London street and architecture shot
Authentic dinosaur head. Either a T-Rex or something related.
Cool statues leading up to the first area of the Natural History museum in England.
That is a calculator, no kidding. Very old one, obviously, but less powerful than a handheld one today.
I found this hilarious. And gross.
