DJ needed a new official photo due to his position and an award he was up for. It was a challenge due to COVID, but it turned out pretty well!

We went to Sea World and one of the cooler things was the penguin exhibit. They were very active and enjoyable to watch.

This was our first time using these new pool noodles and Kelley says they're a winner!

DJ, Kelley, and our friend Josh went downtown for Dia De Los Muertos. We had dinner, walked around a while, then watched the float parade. It was alright, some of the floats were cool - this one was probably the best, but overall it was just ok.

DJ had a work event at a go-karting place and they had lazer tag also. It was a blast!

We regularly feed this skittish stray who has only a nub for a tail and we've dubbed her 'Brownie' - one day we may try to catch her and bring her in, but for now we're just building some trust.

We're watching the NBA finals from the pool. Such a rough life we have going here!

One of my hobbies that perhaps I got from my sister is making faces for the camera on rides. We're passing it on to the next generation!

DJ's squadron plays a flag football game against their rivals each Thanksgiving and we won after a long losing streak in 2021. DJ was one of the referees for the game, hence his striped shirt. It was tons of fun and a great day

This is L3goless, or Lego for short, the day we brought her home from the Humane Society. She has 3 legs and at this time she was still healing, but she is sweet and happy to be alive and we love her!

We went downtown shortly before the Coronavirus madness kicked off and checked out the Alamo and the Riverwalk. This is a fountain in front of the Tower of the Americas nearby. The tower was just ok, but the other stuff was pretty cool.

We went to the movies to watch Jumanji: The Next Level and Kelley waited with Sonic while DJ got some food.

We got almost free tickets to a Spurs game against Kelley's team, the Cavaliers, so we went and had a good time. The Cavs won to boot, so it was a great night.
